What Is Nintedanib?

Nintedanib is an antifibrotic medicine (tyrosine kinase inhibitor) used to treat idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) and other progressive fibrosing lung diseases. It is the generic equivalent of Ofev. It works by blocking signals that drive lung scarring, slowing the decline in lung function.

Key Benefits

  • Up to 80% cheaper than branded equivalents
  • Same active ingredient, strength, and therapeutic effect
  • Manufactured to WHO and international quality standards
  • Discreet packaging and fast worldwide shipping
  • No hidden fees – the price you see is the price you pay

How to Take Nintedanib

Take twice daily with food, about 12 hours apart, swallowing the capsule whole with water (do not chew or crush). Do not adjust your dose without medical advice.

Possible Side Effects

The most common side effect is diarrhoea; also nausea, vomiting, and loss of appetite. Drink fluids and tell your doctor if diarrhoea is severe. Seek medical attention for yellowing skin or eyes (liver effects), severe abdominal pain, or signs of bleeding. Liver function is monitored during treatment.

Precautions

  • Inform your doctor of all other medications you are taking to avoid interactions
  • Tell your doctor about any allergies or existing medical conditions
  • Keep out of the reach of children
  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
