There is no strict minimum order. However, orders over $110 qualify for free worldwide shipping. Larger quantity orders (90-day or 180-day supply) offer the best value per unit.
Prescriptions
A valid prescription from a licensed physician is required for prescription-only medications. Over-the-counter (OTC) products can be ordered without a prescription. You can upload your prescription during checkout or send it by fax or mail.

Yes, we can arrange a prescription transfer from your current pharmacy in most cases. Contact our customer service team with your current pharmacy details and prescription information, and we will handle the transfer on your behalf.
Yes. Generic medications contain the same active ingredients as brand-name drugs and are held to the same safety, efficacy, and quality standards. They are typically manufactured by certified pharmaceutical companies and are approved by the relevant regulatory authorities. The only difference is the price — generics cost significantly less.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping method:
- Standard Airmail: 14–21 business days
- Express Shipping: 7–10 business days (US, UK, select countries)
Yes. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents or our pharmacy name on the outside. Your privacy is fully protected.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to track your package on our website or through the courier’s tracking system.
If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer service team. We will investigate immediately and either reship your order or provide a full refund — whichever you prefer.
